On February 25, 2015  at approximately 4:45 PM  the Sandwich Police received numerous 911 calls reporting a motor vehicle crash with injuries in front of the Shell gas station located at 80 Route 130 in Forestdale.

Responding officers arrived to find a full size GMC pick-up operated by Patricia Fournier, age 66, of Forestdale had collided broadside with a Toyota Corolla operated by Molly Donahue, age 23, of Forestdale.  Both vehicles had extensive damage and airbags deployment.   Donahue was trapped in the vehicle and eventually extricated by Sandwich Fire Department personnel.

Donahue and her 1 year old passenger were transported to South Shore hospital with non-life threatening injures.  Fournier was transported to Falmouth hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  A section of Route 130 was closed by the Sandwich and Mashpee police for a short period of time until the crash scene was clear of rescue personnel and ambulances.

The crash remains under investigation by Officer Jessica Kent.
