August 24 2015 at 2300 hours Sergeant McDemott and Officer Paul McCarthy conducted a routine traffic stop. The operator, a Terrell Peters was operating the motor vehicle without a license and was placed under arrest. After further investigation, paraphernalia consistent with heroin use and a 3 gram bag of Cocaine was discovered. Terrell Peters was also charged with possession of a Class B substance.
